It's good to change things up from time to time, just to keep things fresh, if nothing else. I like to write my prayers at times--helps me focus. Sometimes I'll write in a journal, other times a simple piece of "scratch paper" with no focus on making things readable--it's about staying focused and spending time with God.<br /><br />Blessings!
